If I am not mistaken there is a human theory about chaos that carries with it an incriminating charge. The theory holds a maxim that control is an illusion, and thus the protection of Order is directly proportional to the emergence of Chaos.

There is a desperation in humanity's Chaos Theory. The plea is this:

"Do not be surprised."
